The Crystal Gem inset gas fire is their premium open-fronted model giving you the charm and ambience of a real fire but with the convenience and controllability of gas.
A popular feature of this gas fire is the option to have the interior side panels in chrome. This reflects the flames and glowing fuel bed to give the impression of a much wider fire.
The Gem is designed to fit into a standard fireplace opening and with a full depth fuel bed of 230mm, it is compatible for Class 1 (full chimney) or Class 2 5" Pre-Fabricated flues subject to adequate recess depth being available.
The standard control option is manual with the controls discreetly located at the bottom of the fire behind the fret drawer. A popular upgrade is the Slide Control version with a lever on the top, right hand side of fire trim that when pressed down ignites the fire and moving the lever up or down then adjusts the flame height.
